Aluminum ceiling GRILIATO is made from tape aluminum alloy 3005, 3105 and 5050 with protection coating. The face side of the aluminum strip is painted by hot enamel method. The painting of panels is made along with the induction furnace of the continuous cycle by a double application of a lasting and durable polyester coating thickness 20-22 microns, which provides a uniform thickness of coating and good adhesion of the coating with the surface of the product.
The system of Aluminum ceiling GRILIATO.
Aluminum ceilings GRILIATO consists of cassette which is framed form U profile (top and lower profile). The cassette mounted on lay runner length 600 мм, 1200 мм and 2400 мм. The bearing rails 2400 mm attached to each other through a connecting element.
The Cells of GRILIATO can be of different size: 50х50мм, 60х60 мм, 75х75 мм, 86х86 мм, 100х100 мм, 120х120 мм, 150х150 мм, 200х200 мм with different combination..jpg)
The height of U profile is offered in 2 standards: 40 mm and 50mm.
Weight of ceilings is 2 up to 6 kg/m2, depends on size of cell.

Assembly technique GRILIATO
Longitudinal bearing Profile (1) 2400 mm fastens together with longitudinal bearing Profile (2) 1200 mm and suspended from each meter by the use of Suspension (6).
Splice (7) fastens face side bearing Profiles. Cross-section (2) 1200 mm, seals with a cross bearing profiles (2-a) by 600 mm. At half the length of the profile (2) connects the other cross-section (2-a) length of 600 mm. Get a square grid, which establishes the pre-assembled tapes from the top (3) and lower (4) profile of size 600x600 mm.
