The main competitive advantages of aluminum composite panels is ability to rounded shape.  Composite panels AMTT (4 mm) are composed of two sheets of aluminum alloy AA1100N48 thickness of 0.5 mm and a core of thermoplastic and non-combustible mineral filler, based on aluminum hydroxide, which provides excellent fire resistance of the panel. On the front side of panel applied a three-layer facade PVDF coating (PVdF) thickness of 30 microns. The reverse side of the panel is protected by corrosion-resistant polyester (PE) coating thickness of 8.7 microns. To avoid damaging the surface of the panel during transportation, handling and installation of used film thickness of 80 microns with UV protection.
