Aluminum linear and multipanels ceiling’s advantages:

Aluminum linear and multipanels ceilings are made of an aluminum strip, alloy 3005, 3105 and 5050 with the decorative protective coating. Those alloys were specially developed for the technology of cold profiling and possess excellent processing properties, and also high stability against corrosion.

The face side of aluminum strip is painted with method of hot enameling. The paintings of panels is made in the induction stove of continuous cycle by double coating of durable and wear proof polyester with the thickness of 20-22 microns, that provides the even thickness of painting.

The linear ceilings system consists of:

- basic panel - 85 mm;

- intermediate Profile;

- wall Profile;

- Carrier Profile;

- elements of construction

Panels (width 85 mm) are with the rounded edges (1), easily fastened to the carrier Profile, to included in a set (3). Panels unite through a connecting element (6). The open intervals between panels make 16 mm, however open intervals can be closed an intermediate profile type (2), creating, thus, the continuous ceiling of the closed type. Intermediate profile type is easily snapped to by hand without the use of the special adaptations. Carrier Profile (9) is made from an aluminum alloy 3105, thickness 0,8 mm and is equipped with ledges for fastening of panels with a step 50 mm or divisible to 50.

The profile of basic panel has rectangular cross-section width 30/80/130/180 mm. The distance between basic panels is 20 mm and can be filled with intermediate profile V-shape (6) or П-shape (7). Wall П-shape profile provides contiguity of structure to the vertical plane.
