PRODUCTION OF ALUMINUM PROFILES BY EXTRUSION METHOD

High-performance full-cycle lines for the production of aluminum profiles are installed.

Two press lines with a force of 930 and 2,200 tons, and with a capacity of up to 6 thousand tons of aluminum profiles per year.

• Furnace for heating aluminum ingots is 450-500 degrees

• Hydraulic press

• Furnaces for heating press tools are 480-500 degrees

• Profile conveyor belts

• Stretching machine to impart profile with geometry and remove internal pressure

• Table for accurate trimming of aluminum profiles to size

• Furnace for accelerated ageing (hardening) of profile

On our presses it is possible to extrude aluminum profiles of various configurations and complexity — by weight from 50 g/m to 30 kg/m. Width is from 5 to 300 mm

POLYMER PAINTING

The production has the following features:

• Baths of chemical preparation of aluminum for painting

• Electrostatic painting line with a polymerization chamber with dimensions of 7000 x 1800 x 250 mm with a capacity of 3 tons/hour

• Own laboratory for control testing of polymer powder coating

• Manual painting for complex (small) parts and elements
